Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unused items can be returned within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The official procedure to follow in the event of return is the following: The original ANGELO NARDELLI seal tag must be attached to the garment with the original security thread.

RETURN MODE

The tag with the original ANGELO NARDELLI seal and the security thread must not be removed or cut in any way.
The clothes must not have been worn.
To request the replacement of garments, the customer must click on the link in the "Customer Service" section under Return and follow the guided procedure online, or send a written request to info @ .angelonardelli.it within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this deadline, the return will no longer be possible.
In the reason for the return, the customer must indicate the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: change in size, refund or purchase voucher. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item.
Upon receipt of the return request, the Customer Service department of store.angelonardelli.it will send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization number, the address to which the package is to be returned and the instructions for booking the collection by courier. DHL (for national retreats only). The customer must write the authorization number on the label made present on the item (s) he returns.
The garments must be returned in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped and packaged appropriately, with tamper-proof packaging.

The return of the garments must be received at the headquarters of www.angelonardelli.it within 7 (seven) days from the written confirmation by the Customer Assistance office.
www.angelonardelli.it offers the possibility to send the returned goods by DHL courier: the service is valid only for the national territory. Just contact the DHL customer assistance service on the 199.199.345 number and request the operator to book a national pick-up with "assigned port", indicating the recipient's data (ITN spa, Via Mottola Km 2,200, 74015 Martina Franca TA, Italy) and sender (including the day and the preferred time slot for collection). For the reimbursement request and purchase voucher, the withdrawal booking service has a cost of 7 Euro, which will be deducted from the final value of the reimbursement / purchase voucher.
Returns from non-EU countries must be sent via EMS - Circuito Poste Internazionale - to facilitate the request for reintroduction in the duty-free regime.

the garments on the site comply with the images published there and that all items at the time of shipment are inspected and sent after finding that they do not show obvious defects.
In the event of errors in shipments by www.angelonardelli.it, you must follow the same instructions as above.
www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for apparently defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the same to its premises.
If the leaders successfully pass the inspections, www.angelonardelli.it will send the customer the items in exchange.
www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence if deemed necessary for the evaluation of the return process.
www.angelonardelli.it does not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the conditions of the returned goods, establishing any additional charges necessary for the sale of returned items.
www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Data relating to addresses and ordering for marketing purposes are also collected, processed and used. The use, processing and transmission of personal data can be prevented at any time by simple communication by post, fax or e-mail to info@angelonardelli.it
We collect and use for the execution of requests from the customer the data that he has entered as part of the use of the contact form.

SIZE CHANGE

All returned items are inspected by www.angelonardelli.it and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.
www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to establish any additional charges necessary for the return of the returned items. These amounts will be established after an assessment of the conditions in which the items will be returned.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered.
If the returned items pass the inspections successfully, the customer will receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service www.angelonardelli.it
If the customer requests a size change to compensate for his return, he will receive the replacement items by free shipping from www.angelonardelli.it for amounts over 100 Euro for Italy and for amounts greater than 300 Euro for the countries belonging to to the European Community.

The changes to compensate for the return of products whose amount is less than the 100,00 Euro for Italy and 300 Euro for countries belonging to the European Community will not be made, but the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned product and must make a new order to purchase the desired product.
It is possible to change only for a different size of the same item, if available. There is only one change of goods for each authorized return. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.

REFUNDS

If the customer requests reimbursement from www.angelonardelli.it, the same will be done by crediting the customer's credit card (if he has paid by credit card) or by bank transfer (if the customer has paid by bank transfer).
The credit may be visible on the credit card statement or on the customer's bank account after approximately 30 (thirty) days from the repayment date. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card or other payment method used, depending on the timing of your banking institution and / or country of origin.
This process cannot be controlled by www.angelonardelli.it.

BUYING VOUCHERS

If the customer requests the issuance of a purchase voucher as compensation for the return, the same will be valid for 60 (sixty) days and must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value. www.angelonardelli.it reserves the right to convert the voucher into a partial refund if not used within the limit of the reference season.
Refunds received after the contractual terms may be accepted at the discretion of www.angelonardelli.it and could be reimbursed exclusively as a credit in our e-store. Products purchased as gifts can only be returned by the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the initial receipt.

REFUNDS

For parcels returned from countries outside the European Community, the compensation for the return will be limited to reimbursement or the issue of a purchase voucher. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item, make a change in size or color. If the customer is interested in making a size change, he must place an order from scratch.

The returned goods must be sent via EMS - International Postal Circuit - to ITN spa, via Mottola Km 2,200 74015 Martina Franca (TA) ITALY. This method of shipping facilitates www.angelonardelli.it in the request to reintroduce duty-free, with a consequent reduction in the customs charges to be supported, to be borne by the final refund of the return to the customer. The customer is required to attach to the return shipment the "Return Proforma Invoice" document duly filled in, available in paper format in the enclosed international documentation. www.angelonardelli.it, will take care of integrating the appropriate customs documentation, in order to reduce any customs charges related to the return of the goods.
We advise you to insure the shipment. The package containing the return journey at the risk of the customer, and therefore, www.angelonardelli.it is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay in delivery at our warehouses.
